Very simply we add a payment button to each of your member listings. This means consumers know they can pay by card before they engage with, or appoint one of your members.
Used by some of the UK leading trade services websites, for example, the Master Locksmith Associations’ website, Checkatrade and Trustatrader, this is simple to set-up using our specialist API capability.
We take responsibility for processing & settling payments to members and dealing with any customer queries. Optionally, you can distribute payments using your own software or accounting system; typically, this option is used by organisations that settle net of commission e.g franchisors.
From a members’ viewpoint, card acceptance can help generate more work, especially emergency repairs or larger projects where consumers prefer, or need to, spread costs using their own credit facilities.
